Chili Lime Steaks With Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup chili lime salad dressing
    4 None beef steaks
    4 oz long-grain rice
    1 None large zucchini, grated
    1/2 oz mixed herbs, shredded
    4 oz mozzarella cheese
    2 None large red peppers, halved lengthwises and deseeded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Place half the dressing and the steaks in a shallow dish. Toss steaks to coat and season.
    For the peppers, cook rice according to package directions. Rinse under cold water. Place in a bowl with the remaining dressing, along with the zucchini, herbs and half the cheese. Season and mix to combine. Spoon into the peppers and place them, cut-side up, in a non-stick baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and cook 15 mins.
    Meanwhile, preheat a grill or grill pan and cook the steaks to your liking. Season and serve with the stuffed peppers.
