Goat Cheese And Red Pepper Prosciutto Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz soft goat cheese
    1/4 cup basil, finely chopped
    1/2 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
    4 thin slices prosciutto, halved lengthways
    1 None red pepper, roasted and cut into strips
    1 tbsp olive oil
    None None Salad, to serve
Preparation
    Mix the goat cheese, basil and garlic in a bowl and season to taste. Place the prosciutto on a flat surface and spread with the cheese mixture. Top with the red pepper and roll to enclose.
    Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium. Cook the rolls for 2-3 mins each side, until golden and crisp. Serve with salad.
