Buttermilk Pancakes With Bananas And Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cup flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 None egg
    3/4 cup buttermilk
    4 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp melted
    2 None small bananas, peeled and sliced
    2 tbsp sliced almonds
    4 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Preparation
    For the batter, beat together the flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, egg and buttermilk until smooth. Stir in the melted butter. Allow to rest for 10 mins.
    Heat a little of the remaining butter in a small frying pan. Add 2 tbsp batter and fry for 2 mins. Flip, top with some banana slices and almonds and cook for 2 more mins. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Repeat to make 12 pancakes, reserving a few banana slices and almonds for topping.
    To serve, make 4 stacks of pancakes, top with the remaining bananas and almonds and drizzle with maple syrup or honey.
