Tuna And Chickpea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    3 cans (5 oz each) tuna in olive oil, drained and flaked
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro, plus additional leaves, for garnish
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Season to taste and toss gently until combined.
    Serve garnished with cilantro leaves.
