2 tbsp vegetable or peanut oil
    2 1/4 lb ground pork
2 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
    3 cloves garlic, minced
1 None large red pepper, deseeded, sliced
4 None baby bok choy, thickly shredded
    2 tsp sesame oil
    1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
    1 lb fresh Hokkien noodles
1 cup fresh cilantro, leaves chopped
Preparation
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook, stirring to break up lumps, for 7-8 mins, until browned. Add ginger and garlic. Stir-fry for 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Transfer to a large heatproof bowl. Wipe pan clean.
