Caprese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 None vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced
5 None orange tomatoes, sliced
12 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
4 oz grape tomatoes, halved
4 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar or balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp small basil leaves
Preparation

Layer tomato slices with mozzarella cheese slices around the edge of a serving plate. Arrange grape and cherry tomatoes in center. Season to taste.
Drizzle with the vinegar and oil and scatter with basil leaves.
