Chopped Duck Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp fish sauce
    2 tbsp hot chili sauce
    1 tbsp lime juice
    1 tsp granulated sugar
    1 None Thai chili, finely chopped
    None None Chopped Duck Salad
    1 None Peking duck, flesh chopped
    9 oz green papaya, peeled, seeded, shredded
    1 head baby romaine lettuce, leaves separated, chopped
    2 None oranges, segmented
    2 None shallot, finely sliced
    1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Preparation
    Whisk together fish sauce, chili sauce, lime juice, sugar and chili. Set aside.
    In a large serving bowl, combine duck with remaining ingredients. Add vinaigrette and toss to combine. Season and serve.
