Baked Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream
5 None eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
None None ground cinnamon, to sprinkle
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Place 6 - 7 oz ramekins in a large roasting pan. Whisk together heavy cream, eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla until well combined. Distribute between ramekins then sprinkle tops with cinnamon. Add enough boiling water to come halfway up the sides of the ramekins. Bake for 25-30 mins, until golden and just set.
