Rocky Road - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz milk chocolate, broken
    8 oz chocolate graham crackers, broken
    8 oz marshmallows, halved
    1/2 cup glace cherries, quartered
Preparation
    Lightly grease and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
    Place chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cook on MEDIUM (50%) power in 30 seconds bursts, stirring, until melted and smooth.
    Stir in graham crackers, marshmallow and cherries, coating well with chocolate. Spoon into prepared pan, spreading evenly.
    Refrigerate for 20 mins, until firm. Cut into squares to serve. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
