Baked Apricots With Raspberries And Vanilla Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz) can apricot halves in juice, drained
    6 oz frozen raspberries
    1 cup amaretti cookies, crumbled
    1 cup store-bought vanilla sauce or pudding
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Preheat broiler. Place apricot halves, cut-side up, in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with raspberries and biscuits. Combine vanilla sauce and sour cream then pour over apricot halves. Sprinkle with sugar and broil for 2-3 mins, or until sugar is melted and top is lightly browned. Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
