Apple Crumble Cheesecake With Caramel Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup flour
    2 cups steel cut oats
    2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
    1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    7 oz sweet oatmeal cookies
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1 lb cream cheese
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    3 tbsp cornstarch
    2 None eggs
    2 None medium-sized apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
    2 oz caramel sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 9 1/2 inch springform pan.
    For the crumble topping, mix together flour, 1 cup oats, coconut oil, cinnamon and 1/3 cup brown sugar until large crumbs form. Chill.
    For the cake crust, in a food processor, coarsely grind cookies and 1 cup oats. Add melted butter. Press into base and sides of prepared pan. Chill.
    For the cheesecake filling, mix cream cheese, 1/3 cup brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice and cornstarch together. Stir in eggs. Transfer to chilled crust. Arrange apple slices on cheesecake and sprinkle with crumble topping. Bake for 45-60 mins. Let cool on a wire rack.
    Drizzle cheesecake with caramel sauce before serving.
