Fattoush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 None baby Romaine lettuce, quartered lengthwise
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
6 None red radishes, thinly sliced
3 None green onions, thinly sliced
1 medium bell pepper, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
4 oz feta cheese
2 small pita bread, cut into wedges
1/2 tsp sumac
Preparation

Whisk oil, pomegranate molasses and lemon juice in a large bowl. Season to taste. Add lettuce, cucumber, radish, onion, pepper, tomato and mint; toss gently to combine.
Crumble feta over salad. Top with pita wedges and sprinkle with sumac.
