Blue Cheese And Prosciutto Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None sheets puff pastry, thawed
    3 oz blue cheese, cut into 24 pieces
    2 None thin slices prosciutto, thinly sliced
    1 None large egg
    1/3 cup cream
    None None honey, to drizzle (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease 2 x 12-hole mini muffin pans.
    Using a 2 inch cutter, cut pastry into 24 rounds. Ease pastry into pans, folding to fit recesses. Place a piece of cheese and prosciutto in each.
    In a small bowl, whisk egg and cream together. Season to taste. Pour into recesses.
    Bake puffs 12-15 minutes, until puffed and golden. Serve warm, drizzled with honey if liked.
