Chocolate Macadamia Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
    3 tbsp butter, chopped
    2 tbsp honey
    4 oz shortbread cookies, cut into chunks
    1/3 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Line an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
    Combine chocolate, butter and honey in a small saucepan. Stir on low heat until chocolate has just melted and ingredients are combined. Remove from heat. Stir in the shortbread and nuts. Pour mixture into prepared pan; tap gently on work surface to settle mixture. Cover with plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm. Cut into 3/4 inch-thick slices.
