Triple Layer Mousse Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg (about 18 oz) brownie mix
    6 pkgs (8 oz) Neufchatel cheese or cream cheese
    2 cups whipping cream
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cups sugar
    6 tbsp sifted cocoa powder
    1/2 cup mashed raspberries
    1 cup chocolate frosting
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan. Coat pan with cooking spray. Prepare brownie mix according to the package directions. Spread in a pan. Bake for 25 - 30 mins. Let cool.
    In a mixer on medium speed, beat cheese, sugar and vanilla together until smooth. On low speed, beat in cream. Divide into 3 equal portions. Stir cocoa into the first portion. Spread evenly over brownie layer. Stir raspberries into the second portion. Spread over chocolate layer. Spread vanilla layer over top. Cover and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
    Place cake on a serving platter. Melt frosting in microwave-safe measuring cup. Microwave until melted. Pour over the cake. Garnish as desired.
