Spaghetti With Sea Trout And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    9 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    10.5 oz sea trout fillet, cubed
    1 tbsp baby capers
    18 oz spaghetti
    1 oz fresh basil leaves
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Saute garlic for 1 min, until starting to brown. Add tomatoes and cook for 1 min, stirring. Add trout and season. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins. Add capers.
    Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water until al dente. Drain. Add to sauce and toss to combine. Add basil. Serve immediately.
