Pears With Chocolate Mint Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz peppermint cream chocolate, roughly chopped
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    2 (15 oz) cans pear halves in juice, drained
    4 cups vanilla ice cream
    2 oz mint chocolates, finely chopped
Preparation
    Stir chocolate and cream in a medium heatproof bowl over a medium saucepan of simmering water until chocolate is melted.
    Divide pears between serving dishes. Top with ice cream. Drizzle with sauce then sprinkle with mint chocolates.
