Feta And Tomato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-3 tbsp olive oil
    2 None onions, peeled and finely diced
    2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    1 None red chili, deseeded and finely chopped
    1 sprig oregano, finely chopped, plus extra for garnish
    1 tbsp tomato puree
    None Pinch paprika
    2 x 14 oz cans peeled tomatoes
    7 oz feta, coarsely crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Heat olive oil in a saucepan, add onions and garlic and saute briefly. Add chili, oregano and tomato puree and stir briefly. Add paprika and season to taste. Add canned tomatoes.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 mins. Season. Transfer to a baking dish and top with crumbled feta. Bake for 15-20 mins. Remove from the oven, and serve garnished with oregano.
