Cheese Palmiers - cooking recipe

2 sheets puff pastry
1.5 oz Parmesan cheese, finely grated
2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
Place puff pastry on a clean work surface. Combine cheese and chives then sprinkle over pastry. Season. For each sheet of puff pastry, tightly roll each long side of dough to the center, until they meet each other. Cover in plastic wrap and chill for 10 mins.
Cut rolled-up dough into 1/3 inch slices. Place on prepared trays, leaving a 3/4 inch space between each palmier. Bake for 15-20 mins, until golden and crisp. Serve hot or cold.
