White Chocolate, Nut And Berry Blondies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter, chopped coarsely
    10.5 oz white chocolate, chopped coarsely
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    2 None large eggs
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
    1/2 cup self-rising flour, sifted
    2/3 cup toasted macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
    5 oz fresh or frozen raspberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 9 inch-square cake pan and line with baking paper, extend paper 3/4 inch over sides.
    In a medium saucepan, combine butter and 2/3 of the chocolate. Stir over low heat for 3-5 mins, or until smooth. Let cool for 10 mins then stir in sugar and eggs. Fold in flour, remaining chocolate, nuts and berries. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 40 mins. Let cool in pan then cut into 25 squares.
