Roasted Hazelnut Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 tbsp (1 stick) butter
7 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 None eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
1 cup white chocolate chips
None None Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line a deep 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, extending paper above 2 opposite sides for handles.
Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan on low heat. Stir in sugar; cook, stirring, for 5 mins. Cool for 10 mins.
Stir in eggs and sifted flour, then nuts and chocolate chips. Spread into prepared pan.
Bake for 30 mins. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
