Spicy Steaks Two Ways - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup ketchup
    2 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
    1 tsp paprika
    12 4.5 oz beef steaks
    1 cup buttermilk
    1-2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tsp curry paste
    2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves chopped
Preparation
    Combine ketchup, honey, parsley, and paprika. Season then pour over 6 steaks. Set aside. Set aside for 1 hour.
    Combine buttermilk, lemon juice, curry paste and rosemary. Season then pour over remaining steaks. Set aside for 1 hour.
    Preheat grill. Drain steaks from marinade then grill about 7-8 mins, turning halfway through cooking and basting with marinade. Season.
