Piri Piri Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup olive oil
    6 None small fresh red bird's eye chilles, deseeded, finely chopped
    2 tsp brown sugar
    1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
    2 tsp sea salt
    4 None chicken legs (around 3 lb total)
Preparation
    Combine lemon juice, oil, chilies, sugar, paprika, garlic, rosemary and salt in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and turn to coat in marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
    Preheat broiler (or grill). Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Make deep, diagonal cuts in chicken pieces. Broil chicken, turning, until browned on both sides and just cooked through, brushing frequently with reserved marinade during cooking.
