Chorizo And Avocado Wraps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 None chorizo sausages, thickly sliced on diagonal
4 None flour tortillas, warmed
1/4 cup tomato salsa
1/4 cup sour cream
1 None avocado, thickly sliced
1 head baby romaine lettuce, leaves separated
2 None tomatoes, sliced
1.5 oz cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add chorizo and cook for about 1 minute on each side or until crisp and golden. Drain on paper towels.
Spread each tortilla with salsa and sour cream, then top with the remaining ingredients and the chorizo. Roll up to serve.
