Steak Gyros With Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 servings frozen French fried potatoes
    2 tsp Cajun seasoning
    2 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp mild paprika
    1 lb beef sirloin steak
    1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
    2 large tomatoes, chopped
    2 tbsp chopped cilantro
    1 small avocado, mashed
    4 None pita pockets, halved
    3 oz baby arugula leaves
    None None Sour cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0F. Place French fries, in a single layer, on a large baking pan. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning; toss to coat lightly. Bake according to package directions or until golden and crisp.
    Meanwhile, combine cumin and paprika in a small bowl. Sprinkle beef with spice mix. Heat oil in a large skillet on high heat. Add beef; cook for 3 mins each side for medium or until cooked to desired doneness. Remove from pan. Transfer to a heatproof plate. Cover with foil; let stand for 5 mins. Slice.
    Combine tomato and cilantro in a small bowl. Spread avocado inside pita pockets. Fill with arugula, beef and tomato mixture. Serve with sour cream and fries.
