Mini Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz ready made pizza dough
    4 tsp tomato paste
    4 pinches thyme
    4 slices ham
    1 can artichoke hearts, drained and halved
    1 medium tomato, de-seeded and chopped
    3 oz blue cheese, crumbled
    1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
    Unroll the dough, divide into 4 pieces and roll each into a circle about 5 inches in diameter.
    Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread each piece with 1 tsp tomato paste, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with a pinch of thyme.
    Top each piece with ham, artichokes, tomatoes and cheese. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Serve with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
