Tomato, Leek, And Potato Hash With Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp oil
    1 lb small potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 None leek, sliced
    1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
    None None freshly grated nutmeg, to taste
    2 None eggs
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the potatoes for 5 mins, turning. Add the leek and cook for 3 mins, turning. Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 mins, turning. Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.
    Make 2 wells in the vegetables and crack an egg into each one. Cook gently until the whites are set. Season with salt and black pepper and serve immediately.
