Green Salad With Fresh Fruit And Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    3 tbsp agave syrup
    1 tsp wholegrain mustard
    3 tbsp olive oil
    400 g mixed baby leaf salad
    1/2 None cucumber, peeled, halved lengthways and sliced
    125 g blackberries, halved
    125 g redcurrants
    5 sprigs fresh mint, leaves stripped from stems
    6 sprigs fresh dill, leaves stripped from stems
    125 g salted pistachios, shells removed
Preparation
    To make the dressing, mix the vinegar, agave syrup and mustard in a bowl and whisk in the oil in a thin stream. Season with salt and black pepper.
    To assemble the salad, add the lettuce, cucumber, blackberries, blueberries, mint and dill to a salad bowl. Toss with the dressing and sprinkle with the pistachios.
