Watercress Butter With Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

2 oz watercress
12 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp lemon juice
None None sliced whole wheat bread, to serve
Preparation

In a food processor, pulse watercress until finely chopped. Add butter and lemon juice. Season then puree until evenly combined. Transfer to a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a log, about 1 1/4 inch wide. Roll up in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour, until firm.
Cut into thin slices and serve with whole wheat bread.
