Beet, Asparagus And Feta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    None None Lemon Dressing
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 tbsp lemon juice
    None None Salad
    2 bunches asparagus, halved
    1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, torn
    1 (15 oz) jar beets, drained, cut into wedges
    7 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    1/2 cup walnut halves, toasted
Preparation
    To make the lemon dressing, combine garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Season. Set aside.
    Cook asparagus until just tender. Drain. Toss with mint, beets, 5 oz cheese, nuts and dressing. Top with reserved cheese.
