Avocado, Salmon And Roasted Red Pepper Wraps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 None avocado, stone and skin removed
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp shredded fresh basil
2 None large plain tortillas
4 oz smoked salmon
3 oz roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
1/2 None small red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
Preparation

In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the cream cheese and basil until combined. Season to taste.
Spread each tortilla with the avocado mixture. Top evenly with smoked salmon, pepper and onion. Wrap tightly. Cut in half to serve.
