Balsamic And Rosemary Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
12 None lamb chops (about 1 3/4 lbs)
Preparation

Combine the oil, vinegar and rosemary in a large bowl. Add the lamb and toss to coat in the marinade. Let stand for 10 mins.
Drain and discard the marinade. Heat an oiled grill pan on high heat or preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill the lamb until cooked to desired doneness.
