Curried Pork Croquettes With Mint Yogurt Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb ground pork
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
    5 sprigs fresh mint leaves, coarsely chopped
    2 tsp garam masala
    4 None pitas, lightly toasted
    2.5 oz mixed vegetable salad, to serve
    2/3 cup mango chutney, to serve
    None None lime wedges, to serve
    None None Mint Yogurt
    3/4 cup Greek yogurt
    1/2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
    1 tbsp lime juice
Preparation
    Combine pork, garlic, herbs, garam masala and 1 tsp salt. Form into 12 croquettes. Cook in a heated, oiled frying pan until browned all over and cooked through.
    Meanwhile, make yogurt dip by mixing together yogurt, mint and lime juice.
    Arrange croquettes, pitas, yogurt dip, salad mix, mango chutney and lime wedges on a platter and serve.
