Tomato And Basil Salad - cooking recipe

4 large ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 None shallot, finely chopped
8 None basil leaves, roughly torn
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp balsamic or red wine vinegar
Preparation

Arrange the tomato slices on a serving platter. Sprinkle with shallots and basil. Drizzle with the oil and vinegar. Season to taste.
