Potato And Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    800 g potatoes, washed
    350 g pork, cut into cubes
    5 slices bacon, cut into squares
    24 None green olives, pitted
    8 tbsp olive oil
    4 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tsp medium hot mustard
    300 g tomatoes, sliced
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    1/2 bunch basil, chopped
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes, drain, allow to cool slightly then peel and slice. Put the pork cubes, bacon and olives onto skewers and cook in 2 tbsp oil for about 8 minutes.
    For the salad dressing, mix the vinegar and mustard, season with salt and pepper and whisk in the remaining 6 tbsp olive oil.
    Mix the potatoes with the tomatoes, onion, basil and dressing. Serve with the skewers.
