Mascarpone Cream With Blueberries And Pistachios - cooking recipe

2 tbsp pistachios
150 g mascarpone
200 g Greek yogurt
3 tbsp icing sugar
1 None lemon, grated zest, plus juice of 1/2
150 g blueberries
Preparation

Mix the mascarpone (or whipped cream cheese, if using), yogurt, powdered sugar, lemon zest and juice. Fold in the blueberries. Transfer to serving bowls and sprinkle with pistachios.
