Broiled Sardines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz green beans, halved lengthways
    3 oz sugar snap peas, halved lengthways
    20 None sardine fillets
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp sunflower oil
    1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
    2 tsp soy sauce
Preparation
    Preheat the broiler on high. Boil, steam or microwave beans and sugar snap peas separately until just tender. Drain. Refresh under cold water.
    Broil sardines, skin-side up, for 5 mins, or until skin is crisp.
    Meanwhile, in a medium frying pan, heat oils over medium heat and cook garlic for 1 min, or until fragrant. Add beans and snap peas and cook, stirring, until tender. Arrange on serving plates, top with sardines and drizzle with pan juices.
