Beef And Chutney Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup self-rising flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    3 1/2 tbsp butter, chilled and cubed
    1/2 cup milk
    2/3 cup tomato chutney
    4.25 oz roast beef, sliced
    3 oz cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper. Sift together flour, baking powder and 1 tsp salt. Cut in butter until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Add milk and mix until combined. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth. Divide into 2 portions and roll each portion into a 10 x 12 inch rectangle.
    Spread 1/2 the chutney evenly over dough. Top with beef and cheese. Tightly roll each rectangle, from long side, into a log then slice each log into 12 pieces. Place spirals, cut side up, on prepared pans. Bake for 15 mins, or until cheese has melted and spirals are golden.
    Serve with remaining chutney.
