Cold Turkey Salad With Yogurt Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
    1 tbsp tahini
    1 None shallot, finely chopped
    1/2 None preserved lemon, skin only, finely chopped
    1 None lemon, juiced
    1/4 None red cabbage, very finely shredded
    1/2 cup parsley leaves, coarsely chopped
    1/2 cup mint leaves, coarsely chopped
    1 lb cooked turkey breast, thinly sliced
    1 None pomegranate, seeds only
Preparation
    Mix yogurt, tahini, shallot, preserved lemon, lemon juice and 2 tbsp water in a small bowl. Season to taste.
    Toss cabbage and herbs on a serving platter. Top with turkey slices and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with dressing.
