Curried Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None onion, peeled and finely diced
    1 clove garlic, peeled and finely diced
    1 piece (5cm) fresh ginger, peeled and finely diced
    250 g chicken fillet, diced
    2 tbsp canola oil
    None None cayenne pepper
    1 tsp curry powder
    2 None cloves
    100 g whipping cream
    600 ml chicken stock
    100 g red lentils
    1-2 tsp cornflour
    None None coriander and black sesame seeds
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large pan and saute diced vegetables and chicken. Season with salt, cayenne pepper, curry powder and cloves. Stir in cream. Pour in the stock and bring to a boil. Add lentils, and simmer for 15 mins.
    Mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into soup. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with black sesames and a garnish of cilantro.
