Baked Muffin Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None prepared chocolate chip or other sweet muffins
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    1 1/4 cups milk
    4 None eggs
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 tsp vaniIla extract
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    None None Ice cream, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Slice muffins into thin slices. Arrange in bottom of prepared dish.
    Whisk cream, milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Pour over muffins. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Place dish in a baking pan. Add enough warm water to come halfway up side of dish.
    Bake for 55-60 mins, until firm. Serve with ice cream, if desired.
