Chocolate Nutty Meringues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium egg whites
    100 g caster sugar
    75 g chocolate hazelnut spread (Nutella), warmed just enough to soften it
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 250\u00b0F.
    Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Gradually add the sugar, whisking constantly, to make a smooth, firm and glossy meringue. Fold in the Nutella, but only partially combine to create streaks in the meringue.
    Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Spoon about 24 teaspoonfuls of meringue onto baking sheets and bake for 2 hours.
    Store meringues in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
