Mango Semifreddo With Citrus Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup plus 1 tsp brown sugar
    1 None mango, peeled, cut away from pit, and finely diced
    6 tbsp fresh lime juice
    1 cup heavy cream
    2 None oranges
    1 None pink grapefruit
    None None Mint, toasted dried coconut, to garnish
Preparation
    Place 1/2 cup sugar and 7 tbsp water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, while stirring, for 15 mins. Remove syrup from heat and cool for 15 mins, stirring from time to time.
    Put mango pulp, 4 tbsp lime juice, and the syrup in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth. Beat the cream until stiff and stir into the mango mixture in batches.
    Put the mixture into a container, cover with plastic wrap, and leave for at least 5 hours in the freezer.
    Just before serving, peel and supreme the oranges and grapefruit, put the slices in a bowl and pour lime juice over them. Remove semifreddo from the freezer and leave for 5 mins to soften. Spoon onto plates with the citrus salad and garnish with mint and toasted coconut.
