Quick And Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

1 tbsp olive oil
1 None medium Spanish onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
18 oz ground beef
4 cups pasta sauce
8.5 oz instant lasagna sheets
18 oz ricotta cheese
1/2 cup milk
9 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 cup cream
1 oz grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic, stirring, until onion is soft. Add beef and cook, stirring, until well browned. Stir in pasta sauce and cook until heated through. Remove from heat.
Line a shallow oiled 8x12 inch baking dish with a layer of pasta. Top with 1/3 of the bolognese. Combine ricotta cheese and milk then spread 1/3 over bolognese in pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, finishing with pasta. Pour cream over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 40 mins, or until pasta is tender.
