Tuna And Ham Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tbsp vinegar
    1 tsp sugar
    3 tbsp olive oil
    2 None onions, 1 finely diced, 1 sliced into rings
    1 (12 inch) wheat baguette, cut into 2-4 pieces, halved horizontally
    1 (12 inch) rye baguette, cut into 2-4 pieces, halved horizontally
    6 None lettuce leaves
    1 (7 oz) can tuna, drained, flaked
    6 None pickles, halved, sliced
    1 None tomato, cut into 6 wedges
    2 tbsp mayonnaise
    2 sprigs fresh dill, chopped
    1 oz smoked ham, sliced
    1.5 oz aged Gouda cheese, sliced
    2 tbsp medium hot mustard
Preparation
    Combine vinegar and sugar. Season then whisk in oil. Add diced onion. Set aside.
    Fill both loaves of bread with lettuce. Fill wholewheat baguette with tuna, pickles, tomato, onions and mayonnaise. Garnish with dill. Fill rye baguette with ham, cheese and mustard. Drizzle dressing over both sandwiches.
    Serve immediately.
