Italian-Style Tomatoes On Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves ciabatta, split in half lengthwise
    None None Olive oil, for brushing
    2 cloves garlic, peeled
    6 None ripe tomatoes, thickly sliced
    2 None fresh mozzarella balls
    1 bunch basil
    None None Balsamic vinegar, to serve
    None None Good-quality olive oil, to serve
Preparation
    Brush the cut sides of ciabatta with olive oil. Broil or grill until golden and crispy. Rub the toasted sides with the whole garlic cloves.
    Either set up the ingredients on platters for guests to help themselves, or cut the ciabatta into thirds and top each piece with thick slices of tomato, torn mozzarella and a few torn basil leaves. Drizzle with a little balsamic and olive oil. Season and enjoy.
