1 None small red pepper, chopped
1 None medium red onion, cut into wedges
None None cooking oil spray
2 1/3 cups flour
3/4 cup flour
2/3 cup low-fat milk
3 tsp vegetable or olive oil
3 oz tomato pasta sauce
1/3 lb ham, chopped
1/3 lb shaved chicken breast, chopped
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp pitted black olives, sliced
5 oz ricotta cheese
3 oz Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0F. Place pepper and onion in a roasting pan. Spray with oil, toss to coat and bake for 12-15 mins, or until tender.
For the crusts, line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. While vegetables are roasting combine flours in a bowl. Add milk, 1 cup water and oil. Using hands, mix to form a smooth dough. Divide in half and roll out each half into a 10 inch round. Place on prepared baking sheets and bake 5 mins, or until light golden, then remove from oven.
Top crusts with tomato sauce, roasted vegetables, ham and chicken. Drizzle with barbecue sauce and top with olives and cheeses. Bake for 12-15 mins, or until cheese is melted and golden.
