Gnocchi With Spinach And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

1 lb packet potato gnocchi
1 pint mixed cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 cups baby spinach leaves
1 cup feta, crumbled
Preparation

Cook gnocchi in a large pot of boiling salted water for 2 minutes or until they float to surface. Drain and return to the pot.
Meanwhile cut the larger tomatoes in half and leave the small ones whole. Heat oil in a large deep pan over moderate heat. Add tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes or until tomatoes start to soften. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
Add hot gnocchi and spinach to pan and stir until spinach wilts. Season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with feta.
