Pan Fried Green Chilies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    10 None mild green chili peppers or padron peppers
    2 tsp sea salt flakes
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a heavy-based frying pan or cast iron skillet. Carefully add the whole peppers and fry over medium heat for about 10 mins, or until the skin is lightly charred in places. Sprinkle with the sea salt and serve warm.
