Apple Crumble Galette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
    2 None Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and cut into eight wedges
    2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    3 1/2 tbsp butter, 1 1/2 tbsp chilled, 1 tbsp melted
    2 tbsp rolled oats
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    None None Powdered sugar, for dusting
    None None Ice cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
    Cut a 9 inch round from pastry. Place on baking sheet. Place apples cut-side down on pastry round, leaving a 1 inch border.
    Place flour in a small bowl. Rub in chilled butter, using fingertips, until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in oats, sugar and spice. Sprinkle crumble over apples.
    Fold pastry edge up and pleat around filling. Brush edges with melted butter.
    Bake the galette for 25 mins, until golden. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and accompanied by ice cream.
